Energy Healing

IIntuitive healing is fundamentally based on connection.
Connection to you, your energetic body, your emotions, your past, present and future lives, to spirit, to the land and to the environment.

Although I will be the facilitating the healing, the effect itself comes from within you. So in essence you are in command of the whole journey.

Despite each healing being unique to you, it does follow a pattern which is:-

Creation of an energetic space where healing and protection can take place
Establishing connection between you and me through dowsing and intention to heal
Ensuring you are grounded energetically and physically (if possible)
Measure energetic elements of your bodies. e.g. Chakras, Auras
Reviewing your energetic body for any contaminant, attachment or intrusion
Sweeping your Aura and energetic bodies to remove issues, to ensure clarity and connection
Working with specific areas of your energetic bodies to resolve the issue or issues.
Remeasure energetic elements of your bodies to note change
Close down the healing session and your energetic body

Your first visit would also include a detailed discussion about you, your life and background and the issues which you are facing.

My priority is to ensure that you are comfortable and feel safe and secure throughout the process of the healing.

The healing itself can be conducted in any posture you feel comfortable in (standing, sitting or lying down) and is usually carried out without the need to touch.
